Smart Nora is a Toronto based growth phase company that has improved sleep and relationships for tens of thousands of couples around the world. Our debut product is the world's most comfortable and effective snoring solution and has been listed on Oprah’s Favorite Things, as well as Good Morning America, TIME, TODAY, Forbes and BBC to name a few.
The Team
We are an ambitious, tight-knit team with an open work environment and a self-directed approach. We work out of our office at King+Spadina in a weekly cadence of Monday kick-offs and lunch, Wednesday tea times, and Friday wrap-ups — taking a lot of pride in our individual work and holding one another accountable for producing great work.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Designer to join Smart Nora full-time. This is a leadership role in which we will look to you to communicate with a compelling and clear design in order to instil confidence and convert visitors of into customers.

What you would do
At Smart Nora, we are fortunate to have a treasure trove of studies, press mentions, reviews, product announcements, blog content, and more. You will lead the effort to communicate this information with more clarity, less friction, and in new compelling ways through social media advertising.
The following skills are essential for the role:
∙ Designing impactful e-commerce experiences.
∙ Understand and have properly implemented direct response marketing.
∙ Bring to life impactful video and digital pieces.
∙ Provide the marketing team with creatives (video/image/copy) creating compelling campaigns grounded in customer behavior and psychology.
∙ Understand customer behaviour and learn from campaign insight to create, adapt and overcome.
∙ Envision, lead, and implement new initiatives to grow customer loyalty and brand affinity (this is a wide-open brainstorm space​!)
About You
∙ Experience in ad psychology, consumer behaviour, human-centered design, and related fields.
∙ Analytically minded and happiest when showing off performance reports and optimizations
∙ Demonstrated ability to provide timely and effective content to run campaigns and use metrics to make informed decisions for future content (preferably using Facebook advertising, Google Analytics and Google Adwords)
∙ Are confident managing projects independently, working across teams in a design sprint format, and are comfortable pivoting
∙ Skills required: adobe photoshop, illustrator, video editing
