As part of the Marketing team, you are a motivated self-starter in love with technology and are obsessed (in a healthy way, of course), with E-Commerce and Marketing. As our Digital evangelist, responsibilities will include optimizing all phases of the acquisition funnel across each of our digital platforms, testing new growth opportunities, and partnering closely with our functional partners teams to achieve aggressive goals. Essential Job Duties
Manage all day-to-day E-commerce operations. You will be using your breadth of PPC/SEM/SEO knowledge to uncover new insights and propose optimizations to help improve conversion rates across the funnel.
Conceptualize, execute and measure A/B tests.
Create / Analyze all front end campaigns within the ad platforms (CTRs, CPCs, Avg. Position etc.) as well as proprietary back end data and website analytics to optimize conversions from our target audiences. Communicate across teams about performance and opportunities.
You are comfortable working within popular ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento, and have used techniques such as A/B testing to help drive revenue.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to to help identify Nora brand ambassadors through a formal framework.
Grow our audience on various communication channels, including expanding and testing new opportunities and strategies to drive channel growth
Work with email automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and predictive analytics to optimize trigger campaigns
Evaluate and advise on the use of new technologies, benchmarking trends and competitor data to stay at the forefront of of Digital Marketing
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
Experience scaling companies using digital marketing. 5+ years relevant work experience with progressively larger responsibility, preferably with a connected technology core product
An international mindset to accommodate the large global audience with Smart Nora (ie: You are aware of how customers around the world may want to engage us digitally
A self-starting, entrepreneurial mentality. Startup experience not a must but hustle is.
Strong web analytics experience (ie. Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords) and vendor management skills
Meticulous organization skills a must
